MBA’s Legislative Strategy Committee (LSC) is an at-large membership committee that reviews and develops positions on legislative, regulatory, and policy issues affecting residential construction in Pierce County and its cities. The LSC meets at 4:00 pm on the 2nd Tuesday of the month on the mezzanine of the MBA office, and all MBA members are welcome to attend.

Tiffany Speir is the Asst. EO, Government Affairs Director and Tacoma-Pierce County Built Green® Program Administrator for the MBA of Pierce County.
MBA also holds four Forum Meetings a year with city and county staff representatives to discuss issues affecting residential construction. All MBA members are encouraged to attend. The next Forum meeting will be October 1, 2010.
